Every bride wants her wedding invitation to be outstanding, but when the bride is coming from the dynasty of event organizers, the bar is raised to a new height. My client wanted to keep the style very traditional, yet add some modern touch and a feeling of true craftsmanship. That's how the idea of going with using hand-drawn, very detailed, almost baroque floral elements and very muted halftones of grey and white was born.

In combination with a carefully chosen font pairing and a delicate monogram, it creates this one-of-a-kind wedding set. The main invitation has the artwork embossed on a thick textured paper, and gold foil stamped couple names and border. For the menu, valet and RSVP card the light grey ink was chosen to show the intricate details of peonies,— the bride's favorite flower that was also used in floral arrangements of the wedding venue.
